Purchased for a Lenovo Z710. At the first boot-up, got a warning message that it's an "unauthorized battery". Note that I have not gotten that message before with two other brands of non-OEM batteries with this laptop. The battery was only indicating 1% charge and that would not increase. Same result after a reboot. Then did a reboot where you hold down the power button for +15 seconds and release. The message did not show again, and the battery showed 80% power and charged up to 96%. Shut down for the evening and rebooted the next day. Now a message pops up saying "The battery is weak..." and it indicates 60%, and if I unplug, it lasts about 30 minutes. I've requested a replacement. We'll see if I get different results.P.S. Received the new battery, and from all indications it is working fine and giving consistent results. It properly charges and has acceptable life when unplugged. Still get the messages that it's a weak battery or a damaged battery (if charged to greater than 90%). Those messages are a Lenovo generated issue.Changed rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

My PC case is white but the battery is black which is only a minor drawback. It fitted reasonably well with a bit or gentle persuasion and holds sufficient charge for my infrequent use.

Compatibile con portatile Lenovo G50-80. Inizialmente il pc era morto, ma ho scoperto di avere il cavo del caricabatterie rotto. Aggiornerò la mia recensione nei mesi successivi per valutarne la reale qualità.

My computer is 8 yrs & the manufacture no longer has batteries for my model. The battery was not holding a charge. I鈥檓 So pleased I didn鈥檛 have to buy a new computer
